Can I get a custom size or personalized order?

Yes, we offer custom sizing on all wallpaper at no extra charge. Simply send us your wall dimensions in inches including width and height and we will create a tailored fit for your wall. We can also adjust mural layouts to avoid cropping around windows and doors, change pattern colors, and resize design elements to suit your wall. A free artwork proof is shared before production begins so you can approve everything before we print.

Which wallpaper material should I choose?

We offer several material options to suit different needs and wall types. Peel and Stick is our most popular option. It is self-adhesive, fully removable without wall damage, and ideal for renters and DIY installation. No glue or paste required. Prepasted wallpaper is activated by water and gives a more traditional finish. It is still removable but requires slightly more care during installation. Unpasted wallpaper requires wallpaper adhesive which is applied separately. This is the best option for long-term and permanent installations. Professional installation is advised. If you are unsure which material is right for your wall we always recommend ordering a sample first so you can feel the difference before committing to a full order.

Is this wallpaper safe for my walls?

Peel and stick wallpaper is fully removable without damaging your walls making it perfect for renters and homeowners alike. All our materials are non-toxic and safe for nurseries and family spaces. Prepasted wallpaper is removable by rewetting the adhesive. Unpasted wallpaper requires adhesive and we recommend professional installation if you are unsure about removal later.

What walls is this wallpaper suitable for?

For best results apply to smooth, clean, and dry walls. We recommend painting walls with eggshell, satin, or gloss paint before installing. For best adhesion and clean removal please avoid: • Textured or heavily embossed walls • Freshly painted surfaces within three weeks • Walls with mould, humidity damage, or paint cracks • Unpainted bare walls • Surfaces painted with stain-blocking or low VOC paint If your wall has mould or humidity damage please treat and repaint the surface before installing.

How do I install the wallpaper?

Measure your wall width and height carefully before ordering. Peel the backing slowly from the top, apply panel by panel, and smooth gently with a squeegee or flat tool as you go. Most customers find installation much easier than expected when they take their time and install slowly. A full installation guide is included with your order. If you do not receive one please message us and we will send it immediately. Note: Smooth Unpasted material requires wallpaper adhesive which is not included and should be purchased separately.

What is the order approval process?

Once your order is placed we will send an artwork proof through Etsy messages within one business day. Please review and approve the proof or request any changes before we proceed to printing. If you have any questions at any stage please message us directly and we will be happy to help.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on your order size. For samples and orders of 1 to 2 rolls, we ship through our trusted courier partners with delivery typically arriving within 10 to 15 business days. For orders of 3 or more rolls, we ship via DHL Express with delivery typically arriving within 7 to 10 business days. All orders are carefully packed for safe international delivery. US buyers benefit from Delivered Duty Paid shipping, meaning no customs fees or surprise charges on arrival. I believe this version accurately reflects the shipping setup while maintaining buyer confidence and setting the right expectations upfront.

Can I order a sample before committing to a full order?

Yes, samples are available in two sizes. A 12 by 24 inch sample is ideal for testing the color and material quality. A 24 by 24 inch large sample gives a more realistic preview of the pattern at scale on your wall. Large samples are especially helpful for understanding the true pattern scale and repeat before committing to a full order. We also offer a sample bundle where you can get three samples for the price of one. If you are unsure about a design or material we always recommend ordering a sample first.

HOW TO MEASURE

Measuring tape:

The essential tool needed to begin a wallpaper project is a measuring tape. Measure the height and width of your wall in inches, and avoid using phone apps for measurements.

To ensure accurate measurements, measure the tallest and widest point of the wall and then order wallpaper panels accordingly.

Tips for measuring irregular spaces for wallpaper installation:
1. Irregular walls: calculate tallest and widest point, trim excess during installation.
2. Sloped walls: measure tallest and widest point, trim excess during installation.
3. Walls with doors/windows: Calculate the total width and height of the wall as if there were no windows or doors. Install and Trim around elements when installing.
4. Multiple walls: group measurements for a single order, request artwork to match for individual murals.

Ordering wallpaper panels:

Our wallpaper panels are 24 inches wide and 76 - 124 inches tall. To cover a wall, multiple panels are needed. Select the number of panels from the Quantity selector on the listing.

HOW TO ORDER:

To order the right amount of peel and stick, prepasted or unpasted wallpaper panels, measure your wall in inches and choose the corresponding size in the product listing. If you need a custom size that isn't listed, contact us for free custom sizing and an art proof with the cost for each material. Multiple panels are needed to cover one wall.

Overlap:
All panels have 0.25 - 0.5 inch extra for overlap beyond listed width. Overlap areas can be removed or left but we recommend keeping overlap. Do not consider overlap when calculating the number of panels needed.

INSTALLATION:

Check quality before installing. Contact us with questions. Install on smooth, clean, painted walls in good condition. In case if you newly painted a wall then wait for three weeks after painting before installing.
Reserve ~1 hour per sheet to install. Follow our instructions, not other internet guides.

Do not install if:

For unpasted wallpaper, we recommend to hire an experienced installer and check quantity and material beforehand. Request they check quality and follow our instructions. Supervise installation if possible and take pictures before and after.
