The product itself is fine. However the customer service as well as the delivery time means that I will not buy again from this seller. A delivery time of 3-4 weeks is indicated. On the one hand, the product was manufactured 3 weeks after the order was placed. Subsequently, another delay of almost a month to receive it. I ordered the product on January 15, 2022, specifying that it was a gift. I took it in advance when the party was February 25th. Anyway, I received the product on March 3…too late! Moreover, despite the various follow-ups carried out with the seller, he either did not respond, or I was told that he could not do anything about the delivery times. Important to note that the product comes from USA and was going to Canada… so not very far! Disappointing …

Le produit en soit est bien. Toutefois le service à la clientèle ainsi que le délai de livraison fait en sorte que je ne rachèterai plus auprès de ce vendeur. On indique un délai de 3-4 semaines de livraison. D’une part, le produit a été fabriqué 3 semaines après la commande passée. Par la suite, un autre délai de près d’un mois pour le recevoir. J’ai commandé le produit le 15 janvier 2022, en précisant que c’était un cadeau. Je m’y suis prise d’avance alors que la fête était le 25 février. Bref, j’ai reçu le produit le 3 mars…trop tard! Par ailleurs, malgré les divers suivis effectués avec le vendeur, celui-ci soit ne répondait pas, soit on m’indiquait qu’il ne pouvait rien faire avec les délais de livraison. Important de noter que le produit vient de USA et s’en allait au Canada… donc pas très loin! Décevant …

Love this product, and the company! I ordered this as a gift, and it came out exactly the way I wanted it. I had noticed that the shipping time was fairly long, so I made sure to order it in advance. But, after I ordered the first one, I went ahead and got one for myself! It’s such a cool idea for a product, and i’ll definitely be using it a lot. :)

EDIT: SHE SENT A REPLACEMENT!!!! 11/10 customer service. It was a genuine mistake and I didn’t even ask for a new one because the quality was good! But she reached out and sent a completely new item with the correct personalization. Original: Quality and shipping were good. Warning!!! BE SPECIFIC on your personalization. I wrote in the text box “Just Ranchin’” and it was literally just the word ranchin lol. Not the popular phrase. Didn’t return because it is still functional and good. Simply make sure you are very specific as to what you want stamped on.
