We do accept returns in the first 21 days after your purchase but unfortunately, we don’t accept returns on orders which have gone past 21 days after the purchase.
If customer simply changed their mind about order once it has arrived, it is the responsibility of customer to pay "return shipping" fee.

Our orders ship within 7-9 business days. We understand you would like to have your order shipped ASAP. However, with the QTY of orders we handle, and our small family crew, we are working to get your order out quickly. We do offer the option of RUSH. We can ship within 1-3 business days.
Add RUSH listing to your order and we will pull the order to the top of the list. ( if it cannot be shipped within the 1-3 business days, we will refund the RUSH order)

Please contact us immediately. Unfortunately, on occasion, these things happen. But do not worry will work with you to make your order complete and right. Please supply us with a photo of the damages. We can send a replacement or and if you accept we can give you a partial refund.

If you like to return your order because you didn’t like it, no problem. However, return shipping and shipment costs are non-refundable. Must be done within 7 days of purchase.
