'Gothic Gingerbread Cottage Plans' measures 8." x 10.25." It's also printed on the reverse side with its floor plans and a list of estimated material and labor costs to build it. Back in 1881, this cottage's total price tag from start to finish was $2500 It's in smooth condition; aged to softly tanned perfection with the usual spots one find on paper that are 136 years old.
Matted, framed and displayed as a gallery grouping, these wonderful antique architecture prints are simply spectacular. (Please note that the framed examples in the last photo are just to show how this might look when it's framed. Your print will come to you unmatted and unframed.)

We are happy to accept returns in good condition in the original packaging shipped within 48 hours as exchanges only and you agree to pay postage both ways.
Damages In The US Mail.
They happen sometimes.
Although we carefully wrap our vintage breakables in tons of bubblewrap and tons of padding and pack them in sturdy shipping boxes, damages still sometimes happen. *sigh*
Please tell us about damaged goods ASAP. Photograph the damages and send photos to us so that we can work it out with USPS.
