Garments are measured flat in inches and then doubled and put into modern UK sizes so it would be best to measure yourself with a tape measure to determine your size if you are unsure of your bust/waist/hip/height measurements!

I make sure to package all garments securely so they are well protected, starting with crepe paper which is acid-free and sometimes bubble wrap if the item is fragile, they are then placed inside strong 100% recyclable plastic poly self-seal postal bags or letter size cardboard boxes for accessories or even larger size boxes for multiple items!

Orders are posted out within 1-2 business days using Hermes Tracked or Royal Mail Standard delivery. At checkout you have the option to choose a faster delivery service such as Royal Mail 1st class post. Orders going outside of the UK will always be shipped tracked and signed for with Royal Mail or Hermes unless asked for without tracking.

I accept returns if I have been contacted within a couple of weeks after your item has been delivered. If you need to return an item because it doesn't fit/is not as described or it has been damaged in transit then please request a return first by sending me a private message. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs but in some cases like if the item is not as described I will refund return shipping cost immediately after the item has been received in the post and has been inspected for any damage.
