SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA

SHIPPING METHOD: All of our items are shipped via USPS with a tracking number. Etsy will send an email with the tracking number to your email address when your item has shipped.

SHIPPING TIME: Purchases will be shipped via USPS First Class mail within 1-3 BUSINESS days (Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not business days) after payment has been received. Custom orders are handled separately and may take longer.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Let us know if you're in a hurry and we'll see if we can get it up to the post office right away (it's just on the corner).

ADDRESS: Please make sure you give us a correct address, and we will always ship to your ETSY/PAYPAL ADDRESS unless specified. If an item is returned because of a wrong address we will ask the buyer to pay for shipping it again.

OUR SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY: We ship every order via USPS with a tracking number. We cannot guarantee that the USPS will deliver the item within THEIR stated time frame. All orders marked DELIVERED by the USPS tracking information that are lost or stolen are not refundable. Please make sure your mailing address is correct! If you would like your item insured by the Postal Service please ask for a quote on the extra cost.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

SHIPPING TIME: International orders are usually shipped via USPS First Class mail within 1-3 business days after payment has been received.

International orders are expected to arrive 1-4 weeks after shipment. However, please allow up to 6-10 weeks for items to arrive as items can get stuck in customs. Custom fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser so please be aware of your country's policies regarding customs fees.

Every international order is shipped via the United States Postal Service and includes a tracking number. International orders are only tracked until they leave the out-going US port and after that we can no longer follow their shipping progress. Shipments may be delayed due to your country's customs department or other situations unique to the shipping methods of your country.

While we have never had an international order fail to arrive we cannot guarantee the shipping time on international orders and they cannot be refunded for failure to arrive.
