Chipmunks, squirrels, skunks, deer, bear cubs, bunnies, bluebirds -- you'll see them all on the cover of this blank book, created from the 1956 board game "Forest Friends."

WAS: Board from Forest Friends game

NOW: Blank notebook or sketchbook

Measures 8" (20 cm) x 9 1/4" (23 cm). Contains 112 double-sided pages (total 224 sides) of bright white copy paper bound using a coptic stitch (which ensures paper lies flat). Bound using white waxed linen thread and brass eyelets. The front of the board is in excellent shape; the reverse side has a few smudges marks. (Not bad for 50+ years old.) Note that the board is oriented so that the binding would be on top if you want the animals to be right-side up.

I don't know the rules of this game -- it appears that you can only land on the skunks, each of which holds a red dot.
