Yes, we accept cancellations within 3 hours of purchase as long as the item has not been shipped. Please contact us within 3 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel it.

Yes, we do accept returns of items in their original state. Please contact us within three days of delivery and return the item within 14 days of delivery.

Custom or personalised orders.
Items on sale.

Yes, all of our international delivery upgrades at checkout offer an end to end tracked service.

Royal Mail's international express tracked service estimate delivery aim is as follows:

USA & Canada: 5-10 working days
Europe: 3-5 working days
Australia & New Zealand: 5-10 working days

Royal Mail's estimate delivery aim to Australia is as follows:

International standard service: 7-25 working days
International express tracked service (you can upgrade at checkout): 5-10 working days.

However, please note that customs delays in Australia occur frequently due to the very strict customs policies where they check every single parcel going into the country. Unfortunately, this is something that is out of our control or Royal Mail's control.

If you live in Australia, Please allow enough time for delivery to avoid disappointments as parcels can occasionally take up to 25 business days to deliver even with the express tracked service.

If a delivery is attempted and missed, subsequently left at a collection point, it is the customer's own responsibility to meet delivery schedules.
If the parcel is not collected within the time frame set by the postal provider,
Pishu Baby bears no responsibility for the post that gets sent back to sender because of such incidences and there will be no compensation, replacement or refunds issued for it.

Occasionally customers mail has become lost by Royal Mail or courier services or has been taken from their letterbox once delivered.
Please note that orders placed using the standard free shipping service cannot be tracked at all and are at more risk of becoming lost.
We are not responsible for any lost packages and will not issue a replacement or refund.
Please ensure the address you provide is a safe one and is easy for Royal Mail and couriers to find.
We also offer an upgraded tracked service that you can upgrade to at checkout for your peace of mind.

If you have provided a wrong shipping address and your order has not been shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll be happy to amend it.

If however you have provided a wrong shipping address and your order has already been shipped, in this case you will have to wait for the parcel to be returned to the sender. We will inform you once it is returned and if you still would like to receive it, you will need to cover the shipping cost for us to be able to ship it again to the correct address.

No refunds will be given to orders placed with the wrong shipping address.
