We can't offer any refunds after the file has been downloaded. Please check the requirements of your programs/cutting machines before purchasing. If you have any issues with your files please get in touch with me through email or Etsy message. And I will make sure that you will receive files that will work for you.

Please make sure before purchasing that your machine is compatible.

You may use my files for personal use or for a small crafting business. There is an extended license available. You can use the files to make physical items using your die cut or plotting machine to sell in your shop or locally.

YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED:

* Re-sell or Redistribute the original or altered files
* Upload it to a print on demand website (like Zazzle)
* Upload it in any sharing websites for any purpose

It is possible to create a custom order for you. It would be in the same style as the designs you find in my shop. You can message me through Etsy message or sent me an email.

WINDOWS

* To unzip the entire folder, right-click (or press and hold) it, select
Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
* To unzip a single file or folder, double-click the zipped folder to
open it. Then, drag or copy the item from the zipped folder to a
new location.

MAC

* Double click the zipped file.
* The file will automatically be decompressed by Archive Utility
into the same folder the compressed file is in.
* Access the extracted files by clicking the appropriate icons.
* Upload your extracted file to your program

Sometimes files become corrupt during the download process. Just delete the files, and go to your Purchases page from the Etsy homepage to download the files again.
