We sell perishable food products and unless are proven to be either lost, or arrive damaged or defective, all products from our Etsy shop are sold on a non-returnable basis as these products are no longer resalable.

Regarding shipping to the European Union, these non-returnable, perishable food products cannot be reused for health or hygiene reasons therefore qualify as a valid exception to the EU return policy.

Orders are processed in the order they're received.

For our winter shipping period-Oct 1st to Apr 15th-orders are shipped within 3-5 days via USPS Priority Mail three times a week; Monday, Wednesday and Friday or Saturday. If concerned about time constraints, please message us. While less expensive than Priority, the First Class shipping option can take longer to arrive.

During our summer shipping period-Apr 16th to Sep 30th-we normally ship MONDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY unless otherwise requested, to avoid orders sitting in the post office over a weekend.

Estimated delivery time for Priority shipping is approx 2-5 days for most US cities. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number.

We're not liable for products melting during shipping. We ship from Texas and due to temperature variations across the country out of our control, we can’t guarantee the status of chocolate/caramel products shipped during the warm months. We strongly advise our Thermal Option, which can be added as a variation or purchased separately (Cool Shield Thermal Option).

Note: Chocolate items that arrive melted will not be replaced or refunded if a Thermal Pack was not purchased for the item and will only be refunded or replaced only with a photo of the melted chocolate items. Despite best efforts, we can’t guarantee your confection will arrive in perfect condition so no refunds. Refunds DO NOT include shipping costs

The Cool Shield Thermal Option includes an insulated bubble liner with cold packs. Keep in mind that the cold packs we use to keep the product from melting will only last approx 36 hours, therefore it is imperative that the package not be left in the mailbox very long. If you're away, at work or traveling, we highly recommend you choose an address where someone can always receive your package. Our insulated package preserves freshness, quality, taste and color. It is leak resistant and FDA compliant.

This option includes an Insulated Box Liner and Cold Pack(s) and is around an additional $6.95 or FREE on orders over $75 (pre-tax) specific to that destination per shipping package.

With USPS slower than a “pack mule” as well as delays in customs and other factors, we stopped shipping internationally.
