This listing is for a PDF crochet pattern (the instructions to make this item yourself) NOT a completed item.

This beautiful lightweight baby pod is the perfect accessory for those newborn photos. Easy to make (for those comfortable using lace weight yarn and a large crochet hook) this lacy wrap can be worked up in a very short amount of time (around an hour for an average crocheter). Looks best when made with brushed mohair.

Photographers love these delicate nests as they are simple and do a great job of displaying the subject without covering them or disturbing them. Babies can sleep peacefully while the pod is wrapped around their little bodies. The large holes allow the tiny fingers or toes to poke out, drawing even more attention to those little features.

NOTE: Items made from this pattern are to be used as a photo prop only under direct supervision. Never leave baby unattended!

Patterns are easy to follow and are explained in simple terms so even those new to crochet should be able to read and understand them with ease.

Patterns may not be copied or shared, but all items made from these patterns may be sold by the purchaser - even on Etsy!
