We will accept returns of defective items only. THE SHOP IS NOT responsible for delays/non delivery caused by USPS. It is the shops responsibility to ship out on time but after that and once the package is in the hands of USPS it is out of store control. Refunds are not given if the customer provides an incorrect address. We will refund the price of the item only (not shipping) upon its delivery back to the shop by USPS because it was "returned to sender". We will not refund for late deliveries caused by USPS (Especially during holidays). You may call USPS with your tracking information regarding delays/missing packages/incorrect address issues etc. The store only sees online what you do and can not help making arrangements between USPS and customers and we are very busy making orders.

The shop does not call USPS on behalf of customer packages, especially during the holidays. All packages are insured free up to 50.00 by USPS and they are responsible for refunding the value of your item, not this shop. Call them directly to place a claim for damaged and missing packages.

Tutu tops/Headbands: If you're unhappy with your purchase we will refund the cost (less the shipping) on return of the undamaged item. Shop is not responsible for slight color variation disagreements that can be caused by individual computer screens. We request that you contact us within 7 days of receipt & organize to return the undamaged item at your expense. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive the undamaged item back. We can’t be responsible for a change of mind, sizing errors or USPS failure but if the mistake is ours, we will be glad to give full refund.
