Please make sure your shipping address on your Etsy account is up to date--this is where I will mail your items, unless you have otherwise specified.

PROCESSING TIMES:

Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 days of purchase. If you have a large order or custom order, processing time may be slightly longer. Please contact me with special rush order requests BEFORE making a purchase to ensure I am able to meet your needs. I always do my best to accommodate special requests.

DOMESTIC ORDERS:

*PLEASE NOTE* for all Texas shipping addresses 8.25% sales tax will be added at checkout in accordance with Texas Tax Code Laws.

All domestic orders will receive a notice of shipment including tracking information. Transit times may vary depending on seasonal volume as well as weather issues - sometimes weather issues in other parts of the country can affect your package's transit time.

Most domestic packages will arrive at their destination within 7-10 business days of shipment (often sooner), but it can take up to 2 weeks for a variety of reasons outside of my control. Please wait at least 14 days from the time of SHIPMENT to contact me regarding a 'lost package'.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS- *IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ!!!***

Please read the below sections carefully if you are outside of the United States.

***TRANSIT TIME***

Since your package will be shipping internationally, it's difficult to provide you with an accurate delivery date. International shipping times vary depending on seasonal volume as well as the customs process in your country. Please be aware that your items make take several weeks to arrive, and unfortunately transit time is entirely out of my control.

International packages usually take between 2 and 4 weeks to be delivered but CAN TAKE AS LONG AS EIGHT WEEKS OR MORE for certain parts of the world. I ask that you please wait at least 8 weeks before contacting me regarding a 'lost package'.

Shipping times vary by country and packages can occasionally be delayed in your country's customs office for a variety of reasons. A tracking number can be found on the upper right hand corner of your online receipt and will show the progress of your package. Delays in tracking updates can usually be attributed to the customs process.

***FEES, DUTIES, TAXES, AND TARIFFS***

Some countries charge customs fees, taxes, and tariffs when international purchases at the time they enter the country. YOU, the purchaser are solely responsible for any such fees that may be charged as a result of your purchasing from me. You should familiarize yourself with your specific country's rules and fees regarding international purchases.

Customs laws are different for every country and are subject to change at any time, so I am unable to provide you with any information about what your fees might be. Please do your research BEFORE purchasing from my shop.

I DO NOT mark international custom forms as 'gift' or change the retail value of your items. This behavior is considered as fraud and I cannot jeopardize my business to help you avoid paying tariffs or fees upon receipt of your items. Thank you so much for your understanding in this matter!

***TRACKING INFORMATION***

You will receive tracking confirmation that proves your purchase has been shipped and when it leaves the United States, but many countries do not continue to track packages outside of the US so it is difficult for me to determine how long your package might take to arrive.
