Yes, even 10-year-olds can build them, lets say above 13-year-olds just to be sure.
They are easier to build than they look. You don’t need any training

Small glasses will fit OK in most of the masks, however, "halfmaks" have a tighter fit and won't fit anything extra.

Leslie Hayes Oct 26, 20194 out of 5 starsMask is great, but the instructions were pretty terse. Luckily I had purchased a mask previously from another seller which had more details about what weight of cardstock to use, what type of adhesive, and a few tips for how to fold it crisply, etc.
