Vintage from the 1960s

This softcover magazine is the December 1962 / January 1963 issue. It is almost 98 pages full of photos and illustrations of sewing pattern fashions of the era. The large majority of it are black and white photos, with a spattering of color photos. Designer patterns shown include Dior, Fabiani, Gres and more. Lots of millinery shown in the photos as well, with the trend shown being the helmet style hats that Jane loved to wear on Mad Men.

In very good vintage condition. The binding is tight. Normal shelfwear with a note written in ink on the cover, and very minor foxing on the cover, as shown.

I ship patterns in plastic sleeves with a cardboard insert, to protect them from the elements, and the USPS. As a part of my attempts to live as environmentally friendly as possible, your paypal receipt will serve as your invoice. I do not accept returns on patterns. Please realize that vintage patterns have survived for years, but as they are paper goods, they may show signs of wear such as tears, creases, foxing, or stains. I do my best to represent patterns as accurately as possible. Please do feel free to email me with questions.
