A nice early Pacific Northwest sterling silver souvenir spoon from Yakima, Washington, with an "Alaska totem pole" finial.

The finial was cast and added onto the spoon. Many early souvenirs for Washington, BC, Alaska and Yukon had totem poles, with little differentiation between the different types.

Marked sterling with maker's mark on back, probably of a Seattle area jeweler.

Spoon weighs 9.0 grams and measures 11.0cm (4 5/16") long.
