How long does it usually take for order processing and shipping?

We usually complete the production and ship the goods within 3-5 working days after receiving the order. 🚛For orders from the United States, the shipping time is usually within 5 working days. (We also offer expedited shipping options, but only in certain regions. You can contact our specialist) 🚁For international orders, the shipping time is usually within 5-15 working days. We usually fill in the logistics tracking number of the destination country's post office when shipping. When the goods arrive in the destination country and complete customs clearance, the logistics tracking record will start to be updated.

Customized and personalized orders

Yes, we can provide you with exclusive customized services. And we have creator rewards, once your idea is adopted by us, not only can you receive free samples, but you will also receive creator rewards.

What if my package is damaged?

If you find that the goods have been damaged during transportation after receiving the package. Please contact us promptly, and we will provide you with customer support (including resending the goods and compensating for the package)

Custom and personalized orders

Due to the use of third-party logistics. If the address is not detailed or there is no one at home during delivery (and the postman believes that the front door or mailbox is not suitable for storing the package), it may result in the goods being returned. Therefore, I suggest that you add the recipient's contact information in the personalized information of the order, so that if the courier encounters a situation where there is no one at home during delivery, they can reschedule the delivery time with you.

Do you need to order additional gift packaging?

You don't need to order additional gift packaging. Our gift list includes gift cards, ribbons, wooden stands, and blank greeting cards. Usually, we will include them in the box so that you can check the puzzle before manually packaging them upon arrival. If you are ordering for someone else. You can contact us after placing your order, and we can package the puzzle using the packaging material in the box and write a greeting card for you before shipping (so the recipient knows that you ordered this gift for them)

Custom and personalized orders

My carrier usually handles customs clearance documents on behalf of the recipient, so customers in Europe and North America don't have to worry about incurring additional customs clearance fees. If there are additional customs clearance fees in other regions, please contact our experts in a timely manner, and we can share a portion of the customs duties with the recipient.
