5 out of 5 starsI requested a custom insert for a filmsy vintage purse that needed structure. Sena asked for photos, clarified how I took the measurements, and confirmed the proposed height of the insert to make sure it provided the structure I wanted. In hindsight, I wish I had requested 4 pockets instead of 2 and chose the stiffer material but that was my bad. Delivery came quickly considering the back and forth on the customization - less than 2 weeks from the day I ordered. Overall, I'm very happy with the insert and hope to use my purse more often!

Sena is wonderful! The original organizer didn't fit in my bag, and Sena was incredibly helpful. She sent me a new organizer very quickly and it's now a good fit. I am very happy and recommend this product and this seller!

Originally did not fit the new model fendi baguette. However, the owner re-made it and now it fits great.
