It features green holographic decorative tape with a super fun checkered pattern in light blue, green and yellow. Bright green gaffers tape provides added grip, which is super helpful for on-body hooping.

Choose your size and tubing!

✪ SIZE: Generally speaking, hoop sizing is based on height and body type. To pick the diameter that's best for you, simply measure from the floor to your belly button or rib cage. Slender individuals will want a smaller diameter hoop (closest to the belly button), while fuller figured individuals should choose a larger diameter (closest to the rib cage). Those with an athletic build will fall in the middle. You'll have the option to pick your hoop diameter, in the drop down menu when making your purchase. You can also include information in the 'Notes' section when ordering or feel free to send a message with any questions about sizing before you order.

✪ STYLE: This listing is for (1) STANDARD/ HEAVYWEIGHT (160 PSI) or MID WEIGHT (100 PSI) hula hoop. A great option for beginners. Of course, we can also make this in lightweight and polypro too (for more advanced hoopers or for those who prefer off-body flow).

✪ TRAVEL HOOP: All of our beginner hoops are 'twist and fold' style travel hoops. Your new hoop will come with detailed 'care for' instructions, including how to fold and unfold it. There are no removable pieces.
