I am a solid 7.5 US and bought 38 (usually a 37) to leave room for my toes. Although the shoe fits a little big, the ankle strap helps keep the shoe in place and my toes don't rub in the front (they would have in the 37's until the leather stretches but they would be uncomfortable until then). They are beautifully crafted and go with so many outfits! They're lightweight, very comfortable and do NOT have any areas where they rub on my foot - this means all day wear and no blisters ! Woohoo! The item shipped fast and came wonderfully wrapped to keep them protected. Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail - would recommend and buy again!!
