Girl with her horse and goat in embroidered in hand dyed cotton floss in shades of gray and blue on antique homespun linen that is between 100-120 years old. The porcelain doll arm is from Germany and was excavated from the grounds of an old doll factory that operated between 1850-1920. The piece is framed in a vintage metal embroidery hoop that is 7 1/4 inches in diameter. The piece is backed with wool felt and is signed and dated on the back. It hangs with a simple rayon ribbon.
