So many cute cubs are sucking on their pacifiers on this adorable lanyard! Which is your favorite?

This lanyard is different on each side - one side features a clear blue background with baby animals, the backside is a deep purple with stripes all over, with the cubs faintly visible. Artist's name (mine! :D) is printed in the back of the neck when wearing the lanyard.

This lanyard has a shiny metal swivel lobster clasp at the end to hold your convention badges, keys, pacifiers, you name it! The lanyard is 46 centimeters (18 inch) long and will lay flat against your body. It is made from soft material which will not cause irritation when it comes in contact with the skin.

Your lanyard will be lovingly packaged so that it fits through a standard letterbox. The ribbon will be wrapped around the clasp to ensure no other products you may have ordered will get damaged during shipping.

Wristband and lanyards: Hand-wash, or machine-wash on a cold, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. It is recommended to put the lanyards in a pillowcase to prevent the metal from hitting other objects and to prevent the ribbon from getting tangled up.

T-shirts: Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.

Nothing specific about its contents is visible on the outside. My orders currently ship in an envelope or black poly mailer with your shipping address and if you're outside the EU: a customs form specifying what products are in the envelope, e.g. "lanyards", "wristbands" "shirt".

There is also a stamp on every envelope in the form of a paw with a recycling logo.

My t-shirts and hats come with tracking, if you have not received a tracking link then please let me know and I will send it to you via messages.

For the other goodies, it is not possible to get a tracking code without paying (typically) two or three times the value of your order. The same goes for insurance, it usually costs more than your order combined, so I feel like these options are not worth it for the majority of my customers.

I do my best to protect your orders from water damage and getting banged up by using quality packaging materials. If your order gets damaged or lost in the mail, please contact me. Strictly speaking, once I post your order it is out of my hands and it is not my responsibility if anything happens after that point. I am not liable for any post that gets lost or damaged during transit. I would however still like to know if you believe your post has been lost or if it has been damaged, I might look into different shipping methods.

If you ordered a tshirt and/or a hat as well as other goodies, it's possible that your order arrives on different days. The t-shirts and hats are being made and shipped at a seperate location as I don't have the required machinery at home. Don't fret and wait a little while longer for the rest of your order to arrive :)
