Do you make custom size jumprings?

Yes, but for production purposes you have to order a minimum of 1 lb., depending on wire gauge/size. Contact us with any questions.

Can orders be combined in one package?

Sorry, but we can't combine your orders after you check out. Just check out with ALL items at one time. Multiple orders will be charged multiple shipping fees and will be shipped separately.

I entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?

We ship to the address you entered during checkout. If you entered the wrong address, please message us asap via the ETSY conversation system. As a courtesy, we can usually make the address change if you let us know in time BEFORE an order ships, but we cannot guarantee it. The best way to insure your order ships to the correct address is to enter it during checkout. If a package is returned because you entered the wrong address or for "unknown recipient", you will have to repay shipping charges for us to re-ship it.

USPS Rate Change on US Non-Contiguous Shipments and Rural ZIP codes

● Effective July 12, 2026, USPS eliminated ounce-based Commercial Pricing for Ground Advantage packages under 1 pound, bound for non-contiguous locations (AK, HI, PR, military addresses), and some rural zones. Instead, all shipments under 1 pound to these destinations now cost a flat 1 lb rate ● Our shipping is the ACTUAL calculated USPS shipping, based on your location (ZIP code), with no additional fees. ● You can use the opportunity and add to your order to take advantage of the flat shipping fee up to 1 lb Sorry for any inconvenience, but the prices the USPS charges are out of our control

●We do not accept returns of unsealed bags or altered merchandise ●Leather/Fabric Cords are NOT returnable. We cut these to your specifications ● Items ON SALE and CUSTOM orders are not returnable ●We do not accept returns without authorization and any package returned without a return authorization number will be returned to you. ●Items should be whole, in their original UNOPENED sealed package/RESALABLE CONDITION. We ONLY refund the value of the item and not the shipping charges paid to ship it to you. You are also responsible for the cost of mailing it back to us. Send back with a tracking number for your protection. We are not responsible for lost returns ●We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% on all returned items

Shipping days are approximate. At times there may be a delay due to other commitments, we will notify you by ETSY convo. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the Postal Service, which include bad weather, customs, or any other type of delays during transit, as the package is out of our hands If your package is delayed in transit, please contact USPS, as they have the most up to date information on any delays If the delay is more than 30 days (within USA), or 45-60 days (International), then we could file a lost package inquiry on your behalf If your package gets lost or destroyed by USPS, and if it was shipped with insurance, we could file a claim. If claim is approved and after USPS has paid us, we will replace/refund you.

International Unclaimed packages and forced returns

In case international customers refuse to pay VAT, custom duty, or any other shipping tax upon arrival of the package, we consider this a forced return. We do not offer refunds on packages that were not claimed (not picked up) by customer.

How to contact us with questions about our products and custom quantity listings

We work very hard to make our descriptions accurate and detailed. The answer to your question is probably in the description of the item you are interested in. If not, we would love to hear from you and answer your questions. If you are interested in a larger quantity or a custom listing, send us a message. Please contact us through the ETSY conversations/message system, during business hours. ●● WE ARE NOT ONLINE AFTER BUSINESS HOURS, WEEKENDS and DURING HOLIDAYS Messages usually answered: 9 am to 5 pm Central Time, Monday through Friday.

My tracking shows delivered, but I didn't receive my package

In the occasion that this happens, please contact your local USPS with your tracking information. We don't have any more information than you do, about where your package is. Once we ship it, it's in the hands of the USPS and we have no control over it. We see the same tracking as you do. Since they have your package, they should be able to help you locate it. If you still have not received your package please contact us and we can file a trace with the USPS. We'll be glad to work with you as much as possible to help you locate your package. However, we do not replace or refund the value of items in packages that show delivered.

Occasionally we offer FREE shipping. When the offer is on, then: ● Free shipping is with the least expensive method, does not include upgrades, and it is at our discretion ●Faster shipping method or upgrade is extra ●For FEDEX 2-day upgrade use this listing: https://www.etsy.com/listing/870

Seller's description

This listing is for 30 beads. Gorgeous colored beads!! Contact us if you need a bigger quantity.
Size: 6X4mm
Width of hole: 2-3mm

You will receive the sweet pastel salmon light pink / Apricot beads, the 3rd photo with the solid grey ones is for size reference only.

These clay beads are high fired and they have a lovely earthy matte finish and since they are all handmade by clay they vary a bit. They are not exactly all the same color and they have a beautiful organic look of wood and the warmth of clay. They are light weight yet sturdy and are a perfect cost effective addition to a bracelet, necklace or earring.
