Two wonderful vintage wooden tennis rackets. Add some vintage sportsman’s style to your decor. They would look great hanging on a wall together. OR play tennis old school!

First one is a Wright & Ditson Comet – The strings are tight and intact. The paint is chipping and crackling and the leather grip shows some use. Overall it is in good used condition with no cracks or excessive warping. It has the name Danny (something?) hand written on side. It is missing one of its little red and white bands on the head.

The second one is a Cortland Pacemaker – The strings are tight and intact. The paint is crackling and has some peeling where it looks like it had tape on it at one time (?). The leather grip shows some wear. Otherwise it is solid and free of cracks or warping. The bottom of the grip is marked with the letter C.

These two look great together ! They have very similar styles and paint colors, which are cream and burgundy. They are also the same size – 27” long and 9” wide.
