This listing is for one custom floppy hat with your choice of hat color, text color, and phrase. If not specified, the default text for personalized hats is "40 & Fabulous". The hat is also available without personalization/text. No props are included.

PRODUCT DETAILS:
- Paper/straw floppy hat with iron on glitter vinyl (not embroidered)
- One size fits most; includes an elastic strap for securing the hat
- Hat measures 18 inches across, 7.5 inch crown/hat opening; 5.25 inch brim (wired brim)
- Text size may slightly vary depending on the provided number

HOW TO ORDER:

1) Select a text color*. Select NO TEXT ON HAT for a hat with no text/personalization.

2) Select a hat color*.

3) For personalized hats, provide your custom text. Keep this under 20 characters including spaces; no special characters/emojis/graphics. Do not use caps lock; caps lock text may be changed at shop's discretion. If not specified, the default text is "40 & Fabulous".

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING:

Please double-check all order details (colors, spelling, etc.) and your shipping address. It is our policy to ship to the address listed on the invoice. If you need to change the shipping address, place a new order and notify us immediately. The first order will be a placeholder in our order list and will be canceled and refunded. If the order has already been shipped to the incorrect address, we do not cover the postage for return shipping.

We can accommodate requests for color/text changes only if we have not started working on your order. Please send us a message and we will confirm if changes are possible.

Processing time (the time needed to complete the order) will vary--check the listing for the most up to date processing.

1 hat will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. 2+ hats will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Home Delivery, or UPS Ground at our discretion (no USPS PO box shipping address please). We are not responsible for transit delays and cannot guarantee the delivery date or offer refunds for late packages.

AT OUR DISCRETION, SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION MAY BE REQUIRED FOR ORDERS OVER $100. If so, please be available to sign for the package delivery or arrange for pick up at your local office. If the package is unclaimed or returned to sender for any reason, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
