☆ How can I personalise my gift? ☆
Select whether you want to add a bag clasp from the first drop down menu. They are a durable swivel clasp that make it so you can easily clip your keychain onto a bag or purse.
Select whether you want to add an initial, a birthstone crystal (or both!) to your keyring in the second drop down menu.
Use the personalisation box to add the information about your choice of initial, birth month for the crystal and message for the gift box. (If you don’t see the box to enter your information there is another one at the checkout OR you can just send us a message!)

For safety reasons NO keyrings should be given to any child under 3 years old due to risk of small parts.

Our keyrings are made on durable 25mm stainless steel with a pretty bail that accents the charm in the middle. We use 1mm strong jump rings.
If you are adding a bag clasp it is 37mm long and stainless steel. See our photos for an example! :)


☆ How will this come packaged and what are your shipping times? ☆

Dispatch time is 1-3 days (this may be extended if we are particularly busy e.g. over Christmas)
Shipping upgrades including tracking are available at the checkout.

Gift Packaging Included: Your keyring will come in one of the white kraft gift boxes shown with a beautiful silver foiled logo lid. It will be attached to the padded backing with a loop of white ribbon. If you have a gift message it will come printed inside the lid.
The gift box will come inside an organza gift bag with a care instructions card that can be personalised with a longer gift message if you need one in addition to the one inside the lid.
It will be ready to gift and is perfect for sending directly to your recipient as we don’t include any invoices or receipts unless requested.

Shipment Packaging: We send our orders out in cardboard boxes that can fit through a letterbox or into a mail box. If you order a large quantity or a wholesale order they will be shipped in a suitable sized box also. We include a flyer with our business information and social media links.
