Discounted Shipping For Multiple Items

The shipping rate varies depends on the amount you would like to order and your country. I have a primary shipping cost for each product and the secondary cost applies when you add into your cart multiple, different listings within my shop at the same time. This cost is always dramatically lower than the primary cost. Etsy calculates the total cost automatically.

Registered mail, signature confirmation, tracking number?

All of my orders will have a tracking number. I usually send with a signature confirmation (except US regular shipping) . If there is no one at your address during day time, please send me a message to cancel signature confirmation.

• I discourage the use of washing machine, since even the wool program can make garments lose their shape and in the worst cases lead to shrinking. Thus, please wash it on hand. • Wash using plenty of water, and if possible, separately. Never let it soak. • Only use detergents that are made specifically for washing wool and other fine fibers, or a PH-neutral, dye free detergent. • Always shape it, and lay it flat to dry. Never dry in direct sunlight.

We want you to be happy with the shopping experience. All we ask you to do is provide a photo of the subject within 3 days of receipt. The buyer must return within 5 days of agreement and must be postmarked within 45 days from order date. We do not accept returns of damaged and used products of any kind.
