This is a simple A4 rustic style scrapbook with thick Brown Kraft card covers and quality plain/blank card sheets for pages - you can choose the number and colour of sheets included from the drop down menu.

The book is A4 sized and the pages are approximately 8 x 11 inches

The front cover is printed with the sentiment 'Our love story’ and you can have this personalised with your choice of names and date.

The book is bound with black binding wire and it comes with a red heart tag strung with rustic Brown twine.

Lovely rustic vintage style, perfect for adding your own decorations and photos. This would make a lovely anniversary gift, Valentine's present or even a wedding gift.

Please note this book does not have plastic page protectors or tissue between the pages, the pages are card and you will need glue to stick your photos in (not included) The exact shade of the pages may vary from book to book.

Royal mail website states that it takes between 5-7 working days from UK to US, however it can take up to ten working days and sometimes longer especially during busy periods such as Christmas or holidays. I am not responsible for delays during postage and I have no control over the postal service. If you have not received your item in ten working days, please get in touch and I will look into the matter. If your item is tracked, USPS may be holding your item awaiting a signature so keep your eye out for an attempted delivery card. If an item is returned to me I will refund your product price where relevant (if the item is saleable and non customised) but I do not refund the original postage costs as this is an actual incurred expense
Last orders & Christmas post times are noted in my shop announcement section for the current year usually at the beginning of November or as soon as practical after Royal Mail releases the dates. I am shipping from the UK: Please remember to factor in the time it takes me to make your item (usually 1-5 working days from ordering, check if unsure and especially if you are in hurry)

Although these dates are suggested by the postal companies as being the dates which will enable items to be received prior to Christmas, sometimes post is slower than expected and delays can occur particularly with international mail. I have no control of the postal system and cannot be held liable for delays that occur in transit.
If you realise your address is incorrect after you have ordered and before your item is dispatched, just let me know ASAP and the address details on your order can be changed so it goes to the correct address.

If your address details are incorrect but your item has already been dispatched, unfortunately I am unable to take any further action as the address cannot be altered once it has been dispatched. It is possible that your item will be returned to me in which case you can have the item sent back to your correct address by paying any additional shipping fees. If the item is not personalised and is returned to me in saleable condition, you may be refunded for the cost of the item minus the original shipping fees paid I have paid.
Once an item has been dispatched I can no longer alter the address it has been posted to. If the item is returned to me I will contact you and can resend it if you pay the additional shipping fees. Alternatively if it is not a custom/personalised item and can be resold, I will refund the cost of the item, minus the shipping fees I have paid.

If the item goes missing in the post as a result of an incorrect address submitted by the customer, I will not issue a refund. I rely on the accuracy of the information and address details supplied by customers and orders are shipped to the addresses I am provided with. A refund can only be issued if the item is returned to me in saleable condition. I cannot be held responsible for customer error.
Your item can only be tracked if tracked shipping is purchased. Most of my items are standard delivery which does not include tracking. I offer a tracked delivery as an upgrade at checkout and I recommend that you choose this option for peace of mind so that you can track your item in transit. Tracked shipping costs more than standard shipping therefore I offer this as an upgrade. Many of my items now ship for free with tracked shipping offered as an upgrade at a low cost.

If you have purchased the tracked shipping upgrade at checkout, a tracking number will be provided and can be seen on your shipping receipt and on your order. You can then track the item on your local mail website or on
Packaging varies depending on the item purchased, however I always use quality robust shipping products to make sure your item reaches you in perfect condition. Cards are sent either boxed if they have very raised embellishments or in cello bags within a hard backed do not bend envelope. Most A4 books are placed in cello bags then placed in tissue and a box (pretty enough to give as a gift) then placed in a plastic outer bag to protect it in transit although some books will be posted just in the box due to size constraints. Leather items and other gifts may be wrapped in bubble wrap and bags before being placed in an envelope or box for posting.
I do! This can be purchased during the check out process. It’s a great idea if an item is going direct to the recipient (although make this clear at checkout and check the address it’s going to as this can’t be altered once an item is dispatched) and I can print your gift message onto a tag for you to add to the wrapping. I use recycled/recyclable brown paper and rustic brown twine for wrapping with handmade embellishments to offer a stylish eco friendly gift wrap service in line with our rustic style. It’s a good idea to send gift items as tracked so you know they have arrived safely without having to ask the recipient and risk ruining the surprise! So remember to upgrade to tracked at checkout.
