All vintage items are sent 1-3 business days after your order is received. Customised orders for our bespoke handmade teacup candles take 1-2 weeks. Speed of shipping is determined by your shipping selection. We offer a range of options. Please refer to the item for specific details.

All duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer. If you are in the EU or United Kingdom, you will be responsible for any associated VAT and/or handling charges that are levied by your government or postal service. Please refer to your local post office for more information.

I understand... and yes, on larger orders, the shipping calculator and the total is incorrect and usually too high... sadly it penalizes larger orders and multiples.
Shipping overages over $2 are always automatically refunded. You don't even have to ask!

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your item is eligible for return, Just let us know within 3 days of receipt and Return the item within 7 days. Just keep in mind that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We do our best to describe vintage items. Photos also form part of the description. If you're not sure or have any questions, do ask. We include condition details in or listings.

* Considerable imperfections – pieces will show substantial use or wear - including surface scratches, minor trim wear, and color wear.

We take pride in our work. Di creates every handmade product and carefully curates all vintage items that we sell. All work takes place in a smoke-free / pet free environment.
