Description

This elegant wool penny rug / table mat displays a unique teardrop style shape that is joined together in the center. The beauty of this table mat is it looks stunning from every angle, and as such would make a wonderful table centerpiece on it's own. It is made from gorgeous hand dyed wools on a solid black wool base. Measuring at approximately 14" by 18", this piece was completely hand stitched. The base is comprised of two tear shaped pieces that I have blanket stitched colorful pink/red, gold and blue flowers around green stems and leaves. All stitching is done to match the wool's color, and I have added french knots and embroidery stitching at the tops of the larger flowers. The entire piece was backed with a solid black wool piece and then blanket stitched in place for a polished look and to hide all of the stitching. This beautiful mat involved many hours of work and is a true labor of love! Inspired by a Lakeview Primitives design, this piece is ready to ship. Spot clean only and may be pressed with a hot steam iron.

Returns & exchanges

FINISHED ITEMS: I sincerely hope that you will be happy with your purchase, as all of my items are handmade and one of a kind. I try very hard to give you a full, complete explanation of each item for sale. However, if, after receiving your item, you wish to return it, I will accept returns within 14 days of purchase date. Items must be returned in same packaging and condition as they were received. I pride myself on sending my buyers products that are clean, free of any pet, smoke or perfume odors, and in outstanding shape. Therefore, I will issue a refund of the purchase price only (not shipping) as soon as I receive it back, and the item's condition is acceptable to me. Buyer also pays for return shipping which must include delivery confirmation.

Most all of my items are not breakable, and I do package every shipment with padding and protection from normal shipping wear. However, if your item somehow arrives damaged due to the shipping process, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged item and convo those pictures to me. Please keep all of the packaging as well; do not throw it away. This is important in that I may be filing an insurance claim for shipping damage. In this instance, please contact me, and we will determine the next recourse. It is always my intent to have your shopping experience with me be a positive one.

Most of my packaging materials are clean, recycled items and are shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation, when available. This helps to keep my handling costs very low as well as to help keep usable items out of the landfill.

I will ship to Canada and some European countries. Please convo me if you would like a quote and it is not indicated on the listing. All additional fees and/or taxes due to customs are the responsibility of the buyer. Since it is not possible to estimate international shipping times, please allow sufficient time for your order to proceed through customs.
