These earthy stichtite stones really guided the design of these earrings. The muted shades of greenish-yellow and speckled purple inspired the texture on the hand-forged brass components of these earrings. Clay and brass beads finish off the design. These are quite the statement and are a bit heavier (owing to the weight from the stones) than the typical Tangleweeds design.

A little bit about stichtite:
Stichtte is a mineral first discovered in Australia. It is a carbonate of chromium and magnesium and often forms in and near serpentine. (Serpentine is the state rock of California.) Metaphysically, stichtite is thought to protect the heart chakra, including warding off negativities, even those we may direct at ourselves.

Original Tangleweeds design. Hand textured and finished off with gold-plated, surgical steel french hook ear-wires (suitable for most sensitive ears.)

Comes with your very own jewelry polishing cloth!

Size specs:
2.25 inches wide
4.25 inches long (including the ear-wires)

All metals tarnish a bit over time. Storing in a jewelry box away form sunlight and dampness will help slow this process. Use the included polishing cloth to shine up your earrings over time!

Due to the handmade nature of all Tangleweeds pieces, very slight overall variations in texture, size, and details may occur. You can rest assured that you will receive an artfully and carefully hand-forged piece of jewelry.
