My pins come in two types: A GRADE and B GRADE.

A GRADE pins are the highest quality pins from that particular production batch. They may contain some small imperfections that are not easily noticeable but imperfections non the less. Things like tiny specs, minor under fill, and scratches are inevitable with the handmade process that is used to make the pins.

B GRADE pins contain more noticeable flaws such as major under filled enamel, missing enamel, larger spots and discoloration, and bigger scuffs and scratches.

I DO NOT offer Collector Grade pins! I do my best to ensure the highest quality for my A GRADE pins. Remember enamel pins are still handmade items!

Manufacturers usually take 2 to 4 weeks to produce pins. Time also varies on how complicated a design is and how many units are being made. I make 100 units of each pin design.

Disclaimer! Paypal Terms of Service does not allow preorder items through them! Please DO NOT purchase preorders with paypal!

Necessary preorders for pins are where you pay for a pin that has yet to be produced. There is a set goal number of how may preorders are needed to put the pin into production. Example: X pin needs 12 preoders to be produced. Preorders can run for a limited amount of time or until the goal number is reached. When time runs out you will be issued a refund or if you simply wish for a refund for a no time limit preorder please contact me. Your pin will be sent to you after it is made and quality checked. Production can take 2 to 4 weeks.

I am NOT RESPONSIBLE in any way for your order after it is sent to the post office. I do offer tracking on all packages but that is all I am able to do on my end. If your package is damaged during shipping call or go to your local post office and file a claim. If your order is lost in shipping then I am truly sorry but there really is nothing I can do.

I am not responsible for customs costs, VAT, and International shipping prices! Know the taxes and other fees of your destination before ordering. I will not refund you or pay the taxes and fees if you refuse to pay them!

I am not responsible for how much shipping an order is. I always provide tracking on all orders.

I run my shop by myself. If my shop ever becomes busy and orders take longer to send out I do apologize in advance for the delay. Again it is only me in charge of everything plus I have little ones to care for as well so I only ask for your patience.

As long as it is in my shop you may buy how much you like. I do not do individual bulk deals since people kept trying to take advantage of me. I do not offer discounts for bulk orders from a listing.

I absolutely do not and I mean DO NOT allow resell of my pins for more than shop price!! You are not to profit of my work and the work of the artists I commission! If you are caught reselling for a higher price than what I offer I will ban you from buying from my shop again and blocked on any social media I find you on. If anyone sees any of my pins or stickers on another site or from another seller on Etsy breaking the resell policy please report it to me immediately and report the listing.
