What sizes do you offer?

We offer a wide range of sizes, typically from XS to 2XL, depending on the product. Larger sizes (3XL to 5XL) are available upon request because they may not always be in stock or available through our suppliers. If you need these sizes, feel free to contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Each listing includes a size chart to help you choose the right fit. For the best results, take a garment you already own that fits well, lay it flat, measure it, and compare those measurements to our size chart.

Do you accept custom orders or personalized designs?

Yes! We love working with custom designs. Simply send us a message with your ideas before you purchase, and we’ll do our best to bring your vision to life. Please note that custom orders may have longer processing times.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We print each item after you place your order, which typically takes 2-7 business days to complete. Once your order is ready, shipping usually takes an additional 3-5 business days, depending on your location. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can monitor its progress and stay updated on the estimated delivery date.

My shirt doesn't fit. What should I do?

Since our products are made-to-order, we usually cannot accept refunds or exchanges. However, if your shirt doesn’t fit, please contact us! We can offer you a replacement at a significantly discounted price.

My item arrived damaged or defective. What should I do?

We’ve got you covered! If you receive a damaged item, please send us a message within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective product. Please make sure that the whole item is visible in the image. We’ll quickly arrange a free replacement or refund for you.

Can I cancel or change my order after it’s placed?

We start processing your order immediately after you place it, so cancellations or changes can only be made within a short period of time. If we’ve already begun production, it may not be possible to modify your order. If you need to make any adjustments, please contact us as soon as possible.

What happens if my order doesn’t arrive?

If your package seems to be lost in transit, please contact us. We will do our best to help locate your order or send a replacement if necessary.

Can I get a design printed on a different type of apparel (e.g., hoodies, tank tops) or the back of the garment?

Yes! Many of our designs can be printed on a variety of apparel items and on the back of the apparel as well. Just send us a message before you purchase, and we’ll see if we can accommodate your request.

Wondering how to keep your print colorful and intact for as long as possible? Printed apparel can be machine-washed (best cold), inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items. DTG-printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Don't iron the print.
