I want to start by saying the ornament itself is lovely! The rest of my experience was awful. Ordered before Christmas with 1-day shipping for when it was ready (I understand it is hand painted so wouldn't make by Christmas)-- finally came Feb 13th. Had to keep contacting the seller trying to get updates. Took multiple messages to get expedited shipping cost removed. Seller kept giving me a date it would be ready (no proofs or work in progress images provided), then it wouldn't happen. At least my dad is a good sport and kept his Christmas tree up til he got it!
