Items must be returned unused and unworn and in the exact condition as received in its original box in a bubble envelope.

Restocking fees are 30% of the value of the item.
Since each and every piece is handmade by order you'll be charge with 30% restocking fees when returning an item.

To clean sterling silver wipe it very gently with a soft 100% cotton (nub free) flannel cloth. Don't put pressure on the jewelry to avoid scratching the metal.

To clean gold coated jewelry: every now and then wash it with lukewarm water and hand soap to clean the color and make it shine. Don't do it very often, once in a couple of months will do.

Keep each and every piece in separate resealable plastic bags to avoid blackening.

Remove all jewelry before taking a bath, washing hands, exercising and swimming in the ocean / sea / swimming pool
You can take a shower with solid gold, sterling silver and gold filled jewelry only!

Avoid your jewelry from coming in contact with lotions and perfume.
