♥ Please contact me BEFORE purchase if you need this to be rushed. We can discuss & I will do my best to accommodate you, depending on current workload
♥ I ship via USPS First Class Mail to offer you the most economical shipping method possible. Priority Mail is available for an additional cost.
♥ Orders generally ship within 7-10 business days from date of cleared payment. Please allow for the ENTIRE processing time before shipping.
♥ If upgrading shipping to PRIORITY 2-3 DAY MAIL, that will only speed up the transit time AFTER the full processing time. It will not make an order ship out sooner.
♥ Custom orders can take longer to ship and I will notify you with an expected ship date
♥ During periods of large volume, your order will be shipped based on EVENT DATE. Please list your EVENT DATE in the order notes, during purchase. Please make sure the date is AFTER the latest estimated delivery date.
♥ Orders shipped First Class Mail will take between 3 to 5 business days for domestic travel once shipped.
♥ Orders shipped Priority Mail will take between 2 to 3 business days for domestic travel once shipped.
♥ Please be sure to contact me if you would like to include INSURANCE for your order. Insurance is an additional cost and I can provide a quote. Priority Mail includes insurance.
♥ USPS offers delivery confirmation number not tracking numbers. While the number can give a general idea of where your package may be it does not always reflect its status.
♥ KT Blue Creations is not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. No exceptions.
♥ Buyer is responsible for filing claims with USPS for lost, stolen and undelivered packages.
♥ I ship to the shipment address listed in the Etsy order confirmation unless notified otherwise at the time of purchase.
♥ Any packages returned due to wrong or incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the cost of purchaser.
♥ Refunds are not provided for incorrect shipping address.
