Choose the "RUSH PROCESSING" shipping option at checkout and we will push your custom order to the head of production so that your order is printed and physically leaves our hands in 24 hours or less. Delivery is typically within 1-5 business days thereafter.

If rush processing shipping is not chosen at checkout, no worries! Your order will still be custom printed in our shop within 1-2 business days and will typically arrive within 1-5 business days after it leaves our hands! Choosing the rush processing shipping option at checkout simply bumps your order to the head of the line to ensure for a lightning fast printing turnaround time!

Guaranteed express delivery options such as overnight delivery or 2 business day delivery is available upon request. Please be aware that pricing for this level of shipping for heavy packages such as doormats typically range from $45-65 and vary greatly depending on the shipping destination and weight of the package. We will happily quote you with an exact express shipping cost upon request if you convo us your full mailing address, item(s) and doormat size(s).

Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: Unlike our competitors, we are fast... really fast! All orders are processed in 1-2* business days unless otherwise stated within the listing. If you select an option that requires customization and we need to contact you about your instructions this may add additional time so be sure to provide us with sufficient customization information should you have any. Although very rare, there may be a 2-3 business day delay in some orders due to heavy order volume without notice. If you need something for a specific date, please contact us. We are always happy to help you meet your deadline!

Q: Do you take custom requests?
A: Absolutely! Convo us with your detailed request and let's start talking!

Q: Do you offer discounts for bulk orders or wholesale pricing?
A: Yes! We happily offer discounts for orders containing 5 ore more rugs shipping to the same address. We also offer wholesale pricing for orders containing 15 or more rugs of the same design shipping to the same address.

Q: What are your rugs made of?
A: All of our doormats are made from 100% coir with slip resistant rubber backing.

Q: What kind of inks do you use? What is your printing process?
A: We proudly print all our rugs using state of the art UV printing technology using the highest quality abrasion and UV resistant inks.

Q: What is the difference between 18x30 and 24x36 inch rugs?
A: 
18x30 inch rugs are your standard size rugs that are made for single doors. 24x36 inch rugs are slightly larger and made for larger entryways. We suggest measuring your door entryway if you are unsure of which size that best suits your home. Generally speaking, the 18x30 inch rugs are the most common outdoor doormat size although the 24x26 inch rugs are also popular if you simply want your rug to make a bigger statement!

Q: How can I care for my outdoor rug so that it will hold up outdoors as long as possible?
A: All outdoor rugs will eventually fade over time... but hey, that allows you to have fun changing your entryway out every so often! You should expect your rug to last a long time, often many years, in a sheltered environment but, like all other outdoor rugs, it will naturally fade in direct sunlight and with a lot of wet or heavy foot traffic.

Q: Will I receive a proof of what my order will look like?
A: In most cases no proof will be sent prior to printing. If you would like a proof before printing please contact us. We are happy to do so for an additional $5 charge.

Q: Do you accept exchanges or refunds?
A: Due to the custom nature of our products, no refunds or exchanges are accepted. If there is something wrong with the order after receipt of the package, you must contact us within 3 days. We are here to help make sure your purchase goes smoothly!

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
A: We do not offer gift wrapping service. If you would like to leave a note for the recipient you may do so in the notes to seller section at check out. All notes in this area will be printed (including customization notes).

Q: Help! Something on my order is misspelled! What do I do?
A: Please contact us should anything be incorrect on your order within 3 days of delivery. If we made any sort of mistake we will correct it immediately by sending corrected product to you. Please be sure that you double check name spellings before checking out, if the name or anything else is incorrect in the instructions, understandably no replacement can be sent.

Q: My package did not arrive. What do I do now?
A: Please use the tracking number provided to you when your order shipped or call the shipping carrier used to locate the package. Packages that are marked as "Delivered" are considered resolved and can not be the responsibility of our shop.

Q: Help! My order is damaged. What do I do?
A: Please contact us within 3 business days to alert us to any products arriving damaged. Please hold onto any packaging and all of the parts until we resolve the damage claim in case our shipping company requires an inspection. Replacements for damaged items will be sent in lieu of refunds due to the custom nature of our services and products.

Other Policies:

- Please note that every computer has different color and resolution settings so colors shown on your screen may vary slightly from the actual print depending on your settings. We cannot offer refunds of replacements on items that have slight color variations as this is the natural process for any printed item. Finished designs may sometimes appear lighter than the product mockups shown. This is due to inks naturally soaking into the rug fibers, which is completely normal. The scale of our printed designs may also vary slightly than what is shown in our product mockup photos. This is because each item is hand printed individually and not mass printed.... which means that each and every order is custom printed with love and care!

- If an order does not arrive within the shipping times listed above or if an order does not arrive in time using any type of express shipping upgrades due to any unforeseen errors or delays from our shipping carriers with no fault of our own, no refunds, exchanges or replacements can be issued. Although extremely rare, as with every shipping carrier, delays and misroutings can occasionally happen and if this occurs, we will contact the shipping carrier to request either a partial or full shipping refund, depending on what their policies cover. If their policies deem a refund to be issued, we will happily refund you the amount owed within the scope of their policies. Again though, this is very rare and we fully expect your order to arrive within the general time frame we estimate!

- Be sure you enter your mailing address correctly within your order for proper delivery. Also, be sure that your provided mailing address accepts deliveries from UPS, FedEx and USPS. We cannot be held responsible for shipments that are undeliverable due to refusal of packages, the wrong address provided or if our chosen shipping carriers do not deliver to the provided address and our shipping warehouse is not properly notified by customer at time of order placement. If refusal or incorrect/insufficient information is provided and packages are returned back to our warehouse, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for return shipping back to them in order to receive their order.

- Please note that if you enter any sort of comments, questions or instructions in the comments section at checkout but do not email us directly through Etsy convo, it is possible that your comments will be missed by our warehouse staff. Our warehouse staff works separately from our customer service staff so we encourage any questions or instructions about your order to be directly emailed to our customer service team to ensure you are properly taken care of. This applies to requests of express shipping or special production times. You do not need to email us customization information.

- All custom fees are subject to change without notice if proofs are requested and alternate proofs are requested. Once the first proof is given for a single design, if the customer requests a completely new design a new design fee will be charged or the original design will be printed. Absolutely no refunds are given once the first proof is sent. Some minor editing may be acceptable on a case by case basis. Please convo us for more details.

- Once an order has begun production we can not alter the invoice in any way. This includes refunding for coupons that were not used at checkout.
