What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

I take great care in packaging orders so that they arrive safely in a crate but understand that accidents do happen. Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order if there is damage. In your message, include a description of the damage, pictures of the damage, and pictures of the packaging. I will certainly do right by my customers, but I need pictures to file a claim with insurance.

Custom and personalized orders

I understand ordering art online can be stressful, especially when commissioning a custom piece. I make every effort to work with buyers throughout the entire custom process. I send you pictures and you give the go-ahead. I inform you throughout the entire process so you can rest assured that you will LOVE your custom order. When you place your order for your piece, please make sure to turn on notifications for Etsy messages. Your feedback is vital for getting your piece done in a timely manner and I cannot proceed if I don't get a response. I want you to love your piece and we understand life happens so in cases of unresponsiveness, I will wait to hear back and extend the shipping time.

Gift wrapping and packaging

If your item is a gift and you would like me to include a note, please include it on the "notes to seller" section when ordering AND send me a private message. I do not offer gift wrapping at this moment but are happy to include a personalized note.

I love it, definitely met expectations and was exactly like description. My friends, who’ve come over, noticed it right away and loved it too! Arrived on time and incredibly packaged so it wouldn’t get damaged as well.
