Q: How do I send you my logo for engraving?
A: In general, black vector logo files (PDF) will work best and can be attached to a convo after purchase.

Remember to convert all text and logo elements to curves so that all of the objects will scale in size without distortion

Adobe Illustrator, or Illustrator PDF files are preferred, though we can typically work with an EPS files as well.

If you only have a web-based raster (JPG) image, we can convert it to usable vector artwork for a nominal charge.

Q: How do I know if my logo will work?
A: If you're ordering a LOGO item...

ENGRAVED ITEM: large, ALL BLACK...yes BLACK-ONLY (black elements on a white background) is what we need. Colors won't work. Grays won't work. PDF vector files work best. NOTE: If your file is super tiny and/or looks blurry or fuzzy when you look at it... it won't work
