I adore this pattern! I originally bought it a couple of years ago and made some cyclops plants and I now want to make one with glow in the dark yarn. I couldn’t find my original download so decided to buy it again. It isn’t often that I want to make multiples from a pattern but this one I love so much! Really satisfying to make and try with different colours :)

Pattern was really easy to follow and left some room for variation so you could add your own creative input. Threading the wire and fixing it inside was a little tricky. I found it was important to use a smooth wire and a really big, blunt tapestry needle to pull it through with, otherwise it was just one big snag fest.

I made this pattern for my brother as a Christmas gift. He was impressed with its handmade weirdness. The most difficult part of making it was working the wire through.

Pattern is well written and instructions are very clear and easy to follow. Plus, this is such a fun project! I love my cyclops pot plant - I made a TARDIS cyclops pot plant for my office and I'm already knitting another one for our home. Love this project!
