Everyone loves butterflies, surely. I know I do. But moths ... oh moths. Yes, creatures of the night with fluttery combs for seeking and dusky powder wings and pretend eye patterns on their wings to scare off predators of the dark.

Oh yes, moths are glorious. I don't care what you say about not wanting the tiny ones in your wardrobe. I love moths.

Here is my Inner Wild moth icon ink-jet printed on calico cotton and then sewn onto a piece of genuine Harris Tweed tartan -- yes, a moth on Harris Tweed! How shocking.

The Harris Tweed tartan is stitched onto the Cropped Tank which is knitted in a steel, pewter gray wool-mix yarn. Instead of casting off the neck edging, I ran the yarn through the loops of the stitches and then sewed over them to create a raw. homespun edging.

Generous deep arm holes and split back detail for extra wonderfulness. Am very proud of this Moth Cropped Tank.

{Size Large - X Large} US size 16 - 20 | UK size 14 - 22

To help gauge the fit, I'm modeling and I'm a US size 8 (UK size 10).

To be sure of it fitting you - measure your favorite tank or similar top straight across the chest, underarm to underarm and compare:

Moth Cropped Tank laid flat, front measurement seam to seam: 20 inches (with room to stretch).

Care instructions: go out in nature at night-time
Moth Cropped Tank: hand wash, dry flat
