Can I reserve / hold an item you have listed on Etsy?

Unfortunately, once an item is listed we do not offer a reserve option.

How do you handle lost or stolen USPS packages?

Once we have delivered a package to the USPS facility for shipment we can no longer be responsible for loss or theft. We don't issue refunds in these instances, if you are concerned please contact us prior to shipment and we can arrange insurance on your package for an additional fee.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We package every item we ship with the greatest of care using professional packaging materials and techniques so it's not our policy to issue refunds if damage where to occur in transit. USPS INSURANCE is also available on all packages for a small fee, please contact us prior to purchase and we can quote you the cost for insurance. **If you receive a damaged item please do contact us right away to discuss**
