How quickly do you ship?

As an lover of creating myself, I know how important it is to receive purchased items quickly. I try and ship all orders ASAP. We are currently shipping orders out within 1-2 business days. Sometimes we’re able to ship same business day, most orders ship next business day, but no longer than 2 business days.

I ship through USPS ground mail. Most often USPS shipping takes 3-6 business days - You can upgrade your shipping to USPS priority if you'd like during checkout for an additional fee.

Can I use multiple coupons?

Here at Crafting Creator we loving being able to offer coupon codes and sales. Only one discount can be applied per order. If we are running a sale a coupon code can not be combined with the sale price. If you apply a coupon code Etsy will use the one that saves you the most money, either the sale or the code. We do not offer a refund if you do not apply your coupon prior to checkout. Coupon codes can not be applied on prior orders or pending orders.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we do! We have FREE SHIPPING on all orders, within the US, for any order over $35.00! No coupon is necessary. As soon as you add over $35.00 (before shipping costs and taxes, if applicable) Etsy's cart will automatically deduct the shipping cost. This is for orders in the United States only.

When you return an item please send it back to us exactly the way it was sent to you. If we send an item in a bubble envelope please send it back to us in one. Please do not fold the faux leather sheets to fit into a smaller envelope, that destroys it.

I need my item fast! Ship ASAP

You can cut your faux leather so many ways! Go free hand and use a nice pair of fabric scissors. You can also use a rotary cutter and a cutting mat. And yes, absolutely you can use a cricut machine to cut your faux leather. I personally recommend using a deep cut blade. If you do not have a deep cut blade then set your machine to go over the pattern 2 or 3 times before you peel it up.
