Orders are shipped via USPS to the address provided by PayPal unless otherwise noted. Please allow up to 7 business days for all readings (I do not work on readings over the weekend but on occasion will do so for customer satisfaction) to be sent to you electronically. For handmade goods allow 3-5 business days and please be patient if you are ordering internationally, these orders will on average take 3 weeks.
Most U.S. items over $20 will receive a tracking number (please request one if you are concerned about the tracking).
International orders:
* shipping costs vary from country to country. If the shipping is higher than my estimated amount I will contact you for additional payment via Etsy conversations.
*I am not held accountable for any customs policies/additional costs of international orders. If you cannot pay customs and your order is sent back to me you will not receive a refund for the shipping costs only for the product itself.
*Wrong addresses will have to pay for additional shipment if item comes back
*Digestible items cannot be returned/refunded, sorry!
