Once your payment has cleared, I will ship your item to you on the FRIDAY of the week the shipping label was created. Items will be shipped via USPS. The day that your item ships you will be emailed a tracking number. (Tracking numbers are always included with each purchase). Please message me if you need your item shipped before then, or if there is a specific date.

Custom Order Dreamcatchers could take up to 4-6 weeks to be shipped.

Each item is always carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and/or tissue paper. Sometimes my items ship in boxes & other times in padded envelopes. My items have been crafted carefully with ALOT of love & hardwork; therefore I do my best to prepare & protect them.

If you need an item shipped to you FASTER, please direct message me and I will be happy to make specific arrangements. I can easily adjust your order to include overnight, 2-day, or insurance.

If you are buying an item as a gift and would like it to be shipped directly to the recipient, please message me to coordinate the specifics. I would be happy to provide giftwrap and/or a personalized message from you.

I ship to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure this is up to date. If your shipping address is different from your billing address, make sure you let me know.

******International orders can be delayed immensely due to that country's customs process. Please be aware that packages can sit in customs for up to THREE months or longer. This varies depending on country. I will now offer delivery confirmation as well as a tracking number for ALL INTERNATIONAL orders! The delivery confirmation ensures that you signed for and received your package.

You are responsible for all local customs, VAT, and sales taxes on items. We cannot anticipate local taxes and fees globally. If you're unsure about this, you can contact your local post office for information about parcels from the US.

If, despite the above mentioned measures, & you still do not receive your package please message me ASAP and we will work something out.

Each dreamcatcher is made one of a kind, a lot of time goes into each piece. Most dreamcatchers I am unable to replicate completely as they are adorned with a lot of vintage laces and wools I cannot get anymore.

Each piece Embroidered is most of the time a custom, if you have seen something I have done on Instagram or Facebook and would like something to be replicated, I cannot replicate that exact piece.

I can embroider the same quote, saying or lyric but to keep it fun and creative I do not use the same approach from a previous custom as I want every piece to stay unique to the person.
