For plated items, we advise rinsing under plain water occasionally to remove the oils from your skin and dry with a soft tee shirt type material. DO NOT use any type of jewelry cleaner as this will impact the plating. For sterling silver items, a rouge cloth is the best way to clean sterling. If using silver cleaning cream thoroughly rub the cream into a cloth first then polish the pendant. Our pieces should not be worn in salt water as this can be corrosive to the plating.

Can the pendant be purchased without a chain?

Our prices are based on the time and workmanship put into cutting the pendant. We provide the chain complimentary.

Are there custom, duty or import fees?

These fees etc. are determine by the country to which we are shipping and have no control with regard. We are not responsible for such fees, etc. If the item is returned to us because it was not picked up at customs, the cost of the "actual postage" will be deducted.

Priority Shipping and delivery time

Priority shipping is available. The USPS indicates this shipping is typically 1 - 3 days. Although the USPS indicates its 1-3 days they do not guarantee delivery within that time frame.

What are the ear wires made of?

For plated item the ear wires used for earrings are 14K gold filled. For sterling the ear wires are sterling silver.

Kenyan 10 Cents, 14 karat Gold plated box chain

This beautiful Kenyan coin pendant was hand cut from a ten cent coin minted in Kenya from 1966 - 1991. The coin features a Massai shield being held by two lions with all the lettering being hand cut around the inside of the rim. The coin measures 1 1/8" in diameter so is a appropriate for a man or a woman. After we do all our hand work the pendant is plated in 14 karat gold and rhodium to bring out the best of the design. The pendant comes with a 14 karat gold plated box chain available in four different lengths.
