I ship all items USPS first class mail, unless you contact me with a different request prior to your purchasing (other methods may increase shipping rate). All orders come with a tracking/delivery confirmation number. You will receive your tracking information once your item has shipped. International shipments can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months to arrive...please plan accordingly.

Although I have heard feedback from customers about damaged packages, I still firmly believe that USPS does an excellent job on getting packages shipped quickly! I, Rachel Walter, will not be held responsible for any shipped items lost OR damaged in the mail. If you wish to purchase insurance for your package, please contact me before purchasing!

If you are ordering from a country other then the US please order AT LEAST TWO months in advance. USPS has quoted (several times) that customs only takes "a few days" and that global shipping only takes 10 business days. To avoid headaches (for both parties) international purchases need to be made at least a 2 months before you need your item...The sooner your purchase the better! :)

Absolutely no order(s) can be cancelled once ordered! I will only accept returns on items damaged or defective on my part. All orders must be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund.
