Do you remember those kitchen towels with the crocheted button flap that you could hang from a cabinet door or an oven door handle? It was a pretty interesting idea but could also be inconvenient when you wanted to actually use the towel and had to unbutton it to do so (and then had a long crochet flap getting in the way).

Well, here is a new take on the old idea! This crochet flap buttons over your oven door or cabinet handle just like the old idea but intstead it has a round loop at bottom for you to insert a regular dish towel into. Then when you need to remove the towel, it just slides right out!

This is made with durable cotton yarn crocheted around a metal ring to make the bottom loop and fastens with a button.
