WHAT YOU CAN DO

1. You can make anything you want for your personal use, print as many times as you like, re-size or alter to suit your needs.

2. You can use the digital cut file bundles to create PHYSICAL products that you sell on Etsy, Amazon, at craft fairs, etc. Quantities of 200 or less (or contact me if you want to discuss an exception) - not sold to or through retail stores with more than 3 locations.

WHAT YOU CAN'T DO

1. You can NOT make FREE ITEMS/FREEBIES with any designs.

Respecting Intellectual Property (IP) rights is very important to me - I don't want people mis-using my creative work and don't want to tread on the IP of others.

If you are a copyright or trademark owner and believe I've used one of your IPs please let me know and I will rectify it immediately. I try to do everything I can to research and respect IP but sometimes I miss something (that whole "I'm human" thing...)

Some common requests that I don't do for this reason include:

• Disney, Marvel, Harry Potter or any other TV Show or Movie Characters/Quotes
• Professional Sports Teams
• Quotes that aren't in the public domain (which generally means quotes by people who didn't die before 1923 or books/movies not published before 1923)

Important info about trademarks: I check every saying to ensure it is not infringing on trademarks before listing them in my shop but it is important to know that trademarks are retroactive - so if someone trademarks a saying later, they can still enforce it even if you purchased it when it wasn't trademarked.

For that reason, if you sell shirts or other physical products, it is important to double check that nothing has changed by doing a quick search with the USPTO (https://www.uspto.gov/trademark)
