Bench made from maple gym flooring reclaimed from a mid-western high school built in the 1940s. Mounted on black painted steel bracket legs. Extremely sturdy, strong and strikingly colorful. Ideal for foot of bed, hallway, entrance way, stacking bathroom towels, kids' room. Perfect housewarming or birthday gift for that former high school basketball star. Easy reassembly required. Will be shipped with legs off to prevent dislodging en route. Pre-drilled holes, screws, wrench included. Gym flooring is eighty years old. Leg brackets were hand forged this year. Rock solid, sturdy to stand on, extremely durable. A substantial piece.
